Ralph Gonzalez, Founding member of IAHMP and Chairman of the
GVR Public Relations Agency. He is formerly an Aerospace Engineer and Space
Shuttle Manager at NASA
Ralph Gonzalez recently retired from the NASA Space Program at Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas, where he served as a flight systems engineer and manager on numerous NASA space projects. He is the recipient of several professional service awards, among which is the U.S. Presidential Medal of Freedom Award for his participation as a member of the Apollo 13 Rescue Mission Operations Team. He is an Engineering Management Consultant and Chairman of the GVR Public Relations Agency. A graduate of Texas A&M University at College Station with a BS degree in Aeronautical engineering, he continued
Graduate studies in Engineering at the University of Southern California and in Nuclear Physics at the University of Houston. Ralph served as Chairman and national president of the Society of Mexican American Engineers & Scientists and received the Society's Medalla de Oro Award. He was recently featured in the motion picture "A Day Without a Mexican," along with Dr. Mario J. Molina of MIT, recipient of the Nobel Prize in chemistry. Mr. Gonzalez is a fifth generation native born Texan and a founding member of IAHMP.
